Method of booking confirmation
After booking, you will receive a written confirmation via email containing the conditions of stay and the instructions for proceeding with the payment of the deposit required, amounting to at least 30% of the total amount (in the case of special packages, the amount requested may vary), by bank transfer made out to the holder or by Satispay top-up.
In booking a phone number must be entered in addition to your personal dates. Upon receipt of the payment receipt, the reservation will be considered definitively confirmed and we will notify you through the means of communication in our possession.
In the case of special offers on the site or on other virtual portals, the amount of the offer itself may be requested in full in advance.
Please refer to the obligation to confirm the reservation by computer.

Method of payment of the stay balance
The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival at the facility. We accept payments by cash, credit cards or Satispay.
Conditions of stay
- The room is available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure.
- The room cannot be occupied by a number of people (including children) higher than the one indicated.
- Promotions and discounts cannot be combined.
- The indicated prices always refer to the room and include the consumption of electricity and water (the entry of animals, although welcome, is subject to tariffs).
- In case of late arrival or early departure, they are charged in the days reserved when booking. You can not in any case only be counted the days of permanence.
- We accept payments by cash, credit cards or Satispay.
- Pets are generally allowed (always indicate the size and check the costs).
- The agreed price for the booking is never inclusive of the tourist tax, where due.
Terms of cancellations
Unless otherwise communicated, the following rules apply:
- up to 60 days before arrival, the full amount of the deposit paid will be refunded
- from 30 to 60 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit paid will be retained
- within 30 days from the date of arrival, the entire deposit paid will be retained.
