A Carubba du Bungiurnu farmhouse was born in 2016 from the life choice of Valentina and Marco, who share the project of enhancing their territory through a conscious welcome. The name, so particular, is inspired by a “carob” plant found in the garden. Valentina says: “Browsing through the local books found in the library, I came across the story of a carob tree that once stood halfway along the path that connects the two villages of Borgio and Verezzi, which were once divided. I imagined how under its fronds friends, traders, people meet. Being together, exchanging a few words, enjoying the peace of the place and the view of the landscape, this is what I too offer in my structure.”
